At Gabriel Court, meals are about so much more than just meeting the nutritional needs of our residents. Of course, we deliver this but dining is about the experience that is offered too. It is a time when we all come together and it becomes an important part of our residents’ day. We want our residents to benefit from all the goodness of a well-prepared meal but we also want them to enjoy it. That means tasty meals, in a comfortable environment, with great company.
Our residents enjoy our home-cooked food that is freshly prepared every day. With seasonal menus, we only use the best and freshest produce. With three meals a day on offer, we believe that our dining experience is second to none.

At Gabriel Court Care Home, we offer our residents the lifestyle that they want. Part of transforming our residents’ lives is ensuring that each and every day offers an experience. That could mean doing something that they love or trying something new. Of course, residents can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet if they choose, but there are also a whole host of activities to get involved in too.
Our residents enjoy our regular film nights as well as the visiting entertainers that can brighten up the dullest of days. With singing and dancing, ball games, and quizzes, there is something to suit everyone. We also offer residents the chance to visit local shops and enjoy the outside world.

What allows Gabriel Court Care Home to offer the best in dining and activities are the facilities that go into making our home. We are split into a High Dependency Unit and a Low Dependency Unit. Residents receive the care that is most suitable for their needs. With 44 beds spread across the two units, all residents have access to a dining room, a lounge, and a kitchen.

What our residents really love is our outside area. Our garden is well maintained and, with a sheltered seating area, it is the perfect place to relax. Add to this our hairdressing salon and you can see that Gabriel Court Care Home has a lot to offer.

local area

Due to our town centre location, residents can easily pop out for a coffee with their relatives, or go for a wander around town. There are several local garden centres and lots of parks in and around the local area, offering ample opportunities to get in touch with nature.
