Gabriel Court Care Home recently hosted a delightful Cheese and Wine Tasting afternoon, which was met with great enthusiasm and enjoyment. The event featured a selection of exquisite wines and cheeses, with Chardonnay and Davidstow Extra Mature Cheddar emerging as the clear favourites.

The tasting event was organised as part of Gabriel Court’s commitment to providing engaging and enjoyable activities. It offered a wonderful opportunity for social interaction, culinary exploration, and a touch of luxury in the daily routine.

The star attractions of the afternoon were undoubtedly the Chardonnay and Davidstow Extra Mature Cheddar. The smooth, crisp notes of the Chardonnay perfectly complemented the rich, robust flavours of the Cheddar, creating a pairing that was savoured and appreciated by all.
