We’re bursting with pride at The Old Rectory Care Home as we celebrate our very own Deputy Manager, Kayleigh Roberts, who recently completed the Race for Life in support of Cancer Research UK — raising an incredible £975.

Kayleigh’s passion and determination truly embody the spirit of our home. By lacing up her trainers and taking on the challenge, she’s not only shown her commitment to making a difference but also inspired our whole community with her strength, compassion, and generosity.

Here at The Old Rectory, caring doesn’t stop at the front door. We believe in supporting the wider community and encouraging our team to make a difference both inside and outside of work. Whether it’s fundraising for vital causes, donating to local charities, or helping a neighbour in need — we’re proud to be part of a team that truly cares, every step of the way.

Every step Kayleigh took brought us closer to a future where cancer no longer threatens the people we love.

Please join us in congratulating Kayleigh on this amazing achievement — and thank you to everyone who supported her journey!
