I started as a night carer, working in several homes with different needs. I then progressed to Senior Carer and finally to a Manager at Fairways where l have been for 20 years. It is all about making a difference to the resident’s lives by ensuring they receive care, comfort, companionship, kindness and medical support that is provided by a well-established committed staff team. l get job satisfaction when I receive good feedback from residents and their dependants and by seeing the enhancement that Fairways give to their lives.
